Japan onOct.18, 2016, named Taira Interior Industry Co., Ltd.

The subsidiary’s management scope:

   Import furniture and home furnishings from China for wholesale and retail in Japan;Export 
the products such as stationery, health food, beauty, baby and mother daily use and kitchen ware 
from Japan to China;Network sale of furniture and home furnishings in Japan.

The total of all inestment: JPY8000,0000.00. Taira will import furniture and home furnishings 
from China to Japan for whilesale and network sales. The simple and integrate sales channel will cut 
the costs down. At the other side, the products like stationery, health food, beauty, daily use made 
in Japan are popular in China now. So Taira will also export such products to China to increase its 
trade income.
